- For SC/ ST/ BC/ PWD (Persons with Disability) Category : Rs. 300/-.
- Candidates Upper Age Limit Should be 42 years.
- Relaxation in age limit will be applicable as per organization norms.
- Successfully selected candidates will get pay scale of per month from Commissionerate of Health & Family Welfare
- To Select desired candidates company will conduct Written Exam. On the basis of performance in Written Exam Commissionerate of Health & Family Welfare will issue list of selected candidates.
