Education Required: Applicants must have completed BAMS/ MBBS/ Post Graduation Degree from a recognized Board or University.

- For General Category Candidates Application Fee is Rs. 1000/-.
- For SC/ ST/ PWD (Persons with Disability) Category : Rs. 700/-.
- Candidates Age Limit Should Be 18 to 38 Years.
- Relaxation in age limit will be applicable as per organization norms.
- Successfully selected candidates will get pay scale of Rs. 56900 - 1,77,500/- per month from Public Health Department
